Description

Delicious and creamy Salmon Bites with Garlic Cream Sauce are perfect for a quick and elegant seafood dinner. Tender salmon cubes are pan-seared to golden perfection and tossed in a rich garlic-infused cream sauce with parmesan and fresh parsley, delivering a comforting and flavorful main course.

Ingredients

Scale

Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garlic Cream Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon: Pat the salmon dry and cut into even bite-sized pieces. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
  2. Cook Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant to infuse the butter with garlic flavor.
  4. Simmer Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently. Gradually add grated parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
  5. Finish Sauce: Stir in lemon juice to brighten the sauce. Return the cooked salmon bites to the pan, gently tossing to coat them evenly in the garlic cream sauce.
  6. Heat Through & Garnish: Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the salmon is heated through. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use skinless salmon for easier preparation and even cooking.
  • You can substitute half and half for a lighter cream sauce, though it will be less rich and creamy.
  • Serve over rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables for a complete and balanced meal.
