Description

  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew Coffee or Espresso: If using espresso, pull your shot. Otherwise, brew your coffee and let it cool slightly before using to prevent melting the ice too quickly.
  2. Warm the Nutella: Place Nutella in a small bowl and microwave for 10–20 seconds or warm gently on the stovetop to soften it, making it easier to blend.
  3. Blend Main Ingredients: In a blender, combine the milk, sugar, softened Nutella, coffee or espresso, and vanilla extract. Pulse and blend until smooth and well mixed.
  4. Add Ice and Blend: Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend on high speed for about 1 minute, until the frappe is creamy and fully smooth.
  5. Serve: Pour the frappe into a tall glass. Optionally, top with whipped cream and serve immediately for a delightful treat.
