- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup non-alcoholic apple juice or another fruit juice
- Green food coloring (optional)

- Pour into Shot Glasses: Arrange shot glasses or small cups on a baking sheet. Carefully pour the jello mixture into the glasses, filling each about ¾ full.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate the shot glasses for 2-4 hours or until the jello has fully set and is firm to the touch.
- Garnish and Serve: Once set, remove from the fridge. Top each jello shot with whipped cream, green sprinkles, or mini shamrock candies to add festive decoration before serving.
Notes
- Use non-alcoholic juice to keep this recipe kid-friendly and suitable for all guests.
- If desired, substitute the non-alcoholic juice with your preferred fruit juice for a different flavor.
- Green food coloring is optional but enhances the color vibrancy.
- Allow adequate chilling time to ensure the jello shots set properly.
- For adult versions, you can replace juice with alcohol such as vodka, but this version is non-alcoholic.
