Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Toss the cauliflower: In a large bowl, combine the bite-sized cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to ensure all pieces are evenly coated with the seasoning and oil.
- Arrange on the baking sheet: Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the pieces are not crowded to allow even roasting and maximum crispiness.
- Roast the cauliflower: Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes. About halfway through cooking, flip the florets to help them brown on all sides.
