- 1 can (2 ounces) sliced black olives, drained
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the Bean Layer: In a small bowl, mix together the refried beans and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread the seasoned bean mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch glass deep dish pie plate or an 8×8 glass baking dish.
- Add Guacamole and Sour Cream Layers: Spread the fresh guacamole evenly over the top of the bean layer. Next, spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole to create the next layer.
- Top with Salsa and Cheese: Use a slotted spoon to drain any excess liquid from the salsa. Spoon the salsa over the sour cream layer, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.
- Garnish: Sprinkle the sliced black olives and sliced green onions over the cheese layer for added flavor and visual appeal.
- Chill: Cover the layered dip with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve: Serve the chilled seven layer dip with tortilla chips for dipping and enjoy as a flavorful appetizer or snack.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh guacamole and salsa.
- You can substitute shredded cheddar cheese with a Mexican cheese blend for variation.
- Allowing the dip to chill enhances the flavor and helps the layers set.
- Use a slotted spoon for salsa to avoid watery layers.
- The dip can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated.
