- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add the pumpkin puree, nut butter, and maple syrup to the dry mixture. Stir vigorously until the mixture becomes sticky but still manageable.
- Add Chocolate Chips (Optional): If using, gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the mixture to evenly distribute them.
- Shape the Balls: Roll small portions of the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter, using your hands to shape them firmly.
- Chill: Place the formed balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving.
