- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, add the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, fresh lime juice, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Taste the sauce and adjust the salt or sweetness as needed.
- Chill the Sauce: Transfer the blended sauce to a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This resting time allows the flavors to meld and deepen.

Notes
- For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- You can adjust the number of chipotle peppers for milder or spicier sauce.
- Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- This sauce can also be used as a flavorful spread for sandwiches or as a dip for veggies.
- If you prefer a smoother sauce, blend longer or strain after blending.
