Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the quiche.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Spray a 9-inch baking dish with oil to prevent sticking and ensure easy serving.
- Blend Mixture: In a blender or food processor, blend the eggs, whole milk cottage cheese, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add Cheese and Fillings: Stir in the grated cheese and your choice of up to 1 cup of vegetables and/or proteins, mixing thoroughly to evenly distribute all ingredients.
- Pour Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
