- ½ lb lump crab meat (drained and picked over)
Seasonings & Aromatics
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the dip.
- Mix Cream Base and Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add Seafood and Herbs: Gently fold in the chopped cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, thinly sliced green onions, and chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and add hot sauce if you like a spicy kick.
- Prepare to Bake: Transfer the combined mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly to ensure consistent baking.
